About Atomic Smash
Atomic Smash improves websites that already exist. The Bristol agency has traded since 2010 and works on WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify sites, usually ones another agency built, for a monthly fee. It calls its method Always Evolving, a trademarked name for continuous delivery. Its FAQ answers why it does not build new websites by saying that steady improvement usually costs less than a rebuild.
The work its site lists is design and development changes, user experience and accessibility, and technical search optimisation to sit beside a client’s own SEO. It also lists links to payment gateways and CRM systems, site speed, Google Analytics 4 set-up and conversion roadmaps. It says nothing is outsourced, and gives its team as 13 people. Clients get a pod: a client partner, developers, a designer, an insights specialist and a QA engineer, who speak with the client every week or two and hold quarterly workshops.
Its case studies are mostly charities, visitor attractions and publishers, with some WooCommerce and Shopify shops. Named clients include the Centre for Sustainable Energy, SS Great Britain, The Grand Appeal charity for Bristol Children’s Hospital and the tax consultancy ForrestBrown.
The studies report results in their own terms. One reports a 61% rise in a performance score for ForrestBrown, another 79.27% less carbon per page visit for the energy charity, and a third a conversion target met in one week. The about page lists WooCommerce’s WooExperts accreditation from 2022 and Certified B Corp status from 2023.
Fees are published. The FAQ gives a day rate of £950 plus VAT and says clients typically need two to eight days a month, set during the sales process with options for each budget. Contract length and notice period are not stated on the pages read, nor what onboarding costs. Ask for both in writing.
Online Agency Network compiled this profile from the agency’s own website in October 2026. The agency has not claimed the listing, and it does not carry the Verified badge. An agency that claims its listing can correct it and add budgets, case studies and team details.
