HubSpot is a customer platform built around a CRM, with separate hubs for marketing, sales, service, content and data. Each hub has a free set of tools and paid Starter, Professional and Enterprise tiers, so a business can buy one hub or several. Marketing, sales and service teams then work from the same contact records.
What agencies use HubSpot for
HubSpot runs a Solutions Partner Program for service firms, consultancies and agencies, which it describes as aimed at firms that help mid-market and enterprise customers. It lists marketing, sales, customer success, web design and CRM work among the specialisms. Clients can search a marketplace of these partners.
An agency can also use it for its own pipeline. The free tools include contacts, deals, forms and email tracking, for up to two users, with no credit card needed.
HubSpot pricing
Prices are per seat per month, in US dollars as the vendor’s pricing pages showed them, and differ by hub. These are the Sales Hub figures.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 a month | Not applicable | Up to 2 users |
| Starter | From $7 a month per seat | Pay monthly or annually | Shown against $20 |
| Professional | From $90 a month per seat | Pay monthly or annually | Shown against $100; one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 |
| Enterprise | From $150 a month per seat | Talk to sales | One-time onboarding fee of $3,500 |
A banner above the Starter figures says special Starter pricing is for new customers and available for a limited time. Each plan also carries a monthly allowance of HubSpot Credits, for its AI features: 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise. Marketing Hub Starter includes 1,000 marketing contacts.
What it connects to
The vendor says it works with more than 2,000 integrations and runs a Technology Partner Program, to which it says more than 1,600 companies belong. Its customer count is stated on the same page as more than 306,000.
Limits to know before you buy
Professional and Enterprise each carry a required one-time onboarding fee that the displayed monthly price leaves out. Free tools are capped at two users, and on them live chat, email and meeting links carry HubSpot branding, which the Starter plans remove.
Each hub has its own pricing page, and a bundle option sits in the pricing menu. The vendor names a 14-day free trial for Data Hub on its products page; the pricing pages read for this listing offered the free tools instead of a trial.
Plans and prices as published on the vendor’s own pricing page on 3 October 2026; check there before you buy. This is not a paid listing and Online Agency Network is not affiliated with the vendor.
