Post one brief. Matching Food & Beverage agencies in Europe reply to you.

Agencies marked Verified have been checked against four things: that the business trades under the name given, that its contact details resolve to it, that the services claimed match demonstrable work, and that the stated minimum budget reflects real engagements. The others are listed from their own websites and have not been checked yet.

Listings are ordered by membership placement, then by OAN Score. Membership does not affect the score itself. Tier is not one of its inputs, so placement cannot buy a better number. Read the full method.

Common questions about agencies for food and drink brands

Can less healthy food be advertised online in the UK?

Not in paid-for advertising, at any hour. Rules that came into force across the UK on 5 January 2026 put a 24-hour restriction on paid-for online advertising of less healthy food or drink. They also keep such adverts off broadcast TV before 9pm. The government’s guidance records that the date was moved from 1 October 2025.

Which businesses do the advertising restrictions cover?

Businesses that make or sell food or drink, have 250 or more employees and pay to advertise less healthy products. The government’s guidance counts franchises and symbol groups within that. It also says it is not an authoritative statement of the law, so a business near the line should read the regulations themselves.

How is a product judged less healthy?

By a two-stage test, and a product must meet both stages. It must fall within one of the categories listed in the schedule to the regulations. It must also score 4 or above for a food, or 1 or above for a drink, on the 2004 to 2005 nutrient profiling model. Ask which of your products have been scored, and by whom.

What rules apply to HFSS adverts aimed at children?

Placement rules and content rules. The Advertising Standards Authority’s overview says adverts for products high in fat, salt or sugar have been subject to media placement restrictions since 1 July 2017. Those directed at under-12s through their content may not include promotions, or celebrities and licensed characters popular with children.

How old must the people in an alcohol advert be?

They must be 25 or older, and look it. The ASA’s advice on alcohol also says adverts must not be directed at under-18s in any way. They must not use celebrities or influencers likely to appeal particularly to that age group. Nor may they link alcohol with seduction or suggest it is the reason a social event succeeds. The advice covers non-broadcast advertising.
