About Class
Class is a Birmingham digital agency that builds websites, platforms, apps and digital design systems. It says it has worked since 2010 for more than 350 organisations, with an in-house team, and describes itself as relationship-driven. The contact page puts the office five minutes’ walk from New Street Station.
Its services page splits the work into four steps: plan, design, build and improve. Planning is stakeholder workshops, audience research and usability testing. Design covers responsive websites and design systems. Build is bespoke WordPress sites, customer portals, internal platforms and an AI site search product called Signal. After launch it offers hosting, maintenance, security and conversion rate optimisation. Its toolkit also lists pay-per-click campaigns, and a 2023 news post describes a pay-per-conversion model in place of a flat management fee.
The work it shows leans towards food and hospitality, property and large consumer brands. A news post from August 2024 says Bidfood renewed a multi-year contract that began in 2022, and that it has worked on SnowDome’s website since 2016 and Edgbaston’s since 2015. Case studies cover a WordPress site for the property manager Centrick, a bilingual sign-up platform for Bentley Motors, and a component library for Wimbledon’s website teams. The Bidfood case study reports rises in users, pageviews and visit time, with the figures set as graphics.
It publishes no prices. Its FAQ says cost depends on goals, functionality, design and content, that it sells no fixed packages, and that it gives an estimate. Ask what hosting and support cost after launch, who owns the component code, and how the pay-per-conversion model counts a conversion.
Online Agency Network compiled this profile from the agency’s own website in October 2026. The agency has not claimed the listing, and it does not carry the Verified badge. An agency that claims its listing can correct it and add budgets, case studies and team details.
