Membership decides where you appear and what you can do. It is not an input to the OAN Score, so no plan can buy a better number. How the score is calculated
Questions about the plans
How do I cancel a plan?
From your account: open Membership, then Cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after it. Your listing then stays in the directory on the free plan, with its placements cut to that plan's allowance.
What happens after I pay?
Your account is ready straight away. If your agency is already in the directory, claim its listing; if not, create your listing from your account, which takes about ten minutes. An editor reviews a new listing before it goes live.
Who takes the payment?
Online payments are not switched on yet. When they are, Dodo Payments takes the payment on its own checkout page, and your card details never reach this site.
Can I change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Choose Change plan in your account and pick the plan and billing period you want. Your placements are fitted to the new plan's allowance, head office first.
