AI and Automation

Make is a tool for agencies in AI and Automation. Pricing: Free plan; paid from $9/mo billed yearly.

Make is an automation platform with a visual canvas. A scenario links apps and data sources as modules, runs on a schedule or a trigger, and can include AI steps and agents. The vendor calls it a visual AI automation platform that connects more than 3,000 apps. A Make MCP Server and custom apps cover systems that are not listed.

What agencies use Make for

The vendor’s home page groups its use cases by team: marketing, sales, operations, customer experience, finance, IT, people and workplace productivity. The ones most relevant to agency work are named use cases: social media posting, lead management, email marketing and content creation.

Make also runs a partner programme. A directory lists partners who help customers build automations, and the vendor invites firms to become one. An agency can offer scenario building to clients as a service.

Make pricing

Plans are billed in credits, and most module actions in a scenario use one credit. The page’s selector runs from 5,000 to more than 8 million credits a month, and prices are in US dollars.

The vendor says annual billing saves 15% or more. Its home page says the Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card, and no free trial of the paid plan is described on the pricing page. The card calls the paid plan Make Plan and the comparison table Make Pro.

What it connects to

The pricing page lists 3,000 and more standard apps, custom apps and enterprise apps on the paid plan. It adds an on-premises agent for local networks and more than 300 Make API endpoints. The home page links integration pages for Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, monday, NetSuite, Canva and OpenAI. Make MCP Server connects an AI tool to scenarios.

Limits to know before you buy

Credits are the limit. When they run out, scenarios stop until more are added, and incoming webhooks queue up to the plan’s storage limit. Unused credits expire at the end of the term, and extra credits are sold in bundles of 1,000 or 10,000. The vendor lists the Router module and error handlers as using no credits.

The Free plan has a 15-minute minimum interval between scheduled runs, a five-minute limit on one scenario run, and two active scenarios. Paid plans run scenarios as often as every minute for up to 40 minutes. Code module time costs credits, at two for each second.

Plans and prices as published on the vendor’s own pricing page on 3 October 2026; check there before you buy. This is not a paid listing and Online Agency Network is not affiliated with the vendor.
