Zoho CRM is a sales CRM from Zoho Corporation, a vendor that sells a large suite of business apps. It tracks leads and deals, automates workflows and assignment rules, and reports on a pipeline with forecasting. The vendor says it has been building the product since 2005 and says it includes AI agents, which it names Zia.
What agencies use Zoho CRM for
The pages read include no page for agencies, so this section keeps to what the vendor says of the product. An agency can run its own new business pipeline in it. The free edition is described as a starter kit of leads, deals, workflows, reports and a mobile app, and the Standard edition adds cadences, sales forecasting and self-service kiosks.
The Professional edition lists email intelligence and a Google Ads integration, which suits an agency tracking how paid leads convert.
