About Bolser
Bolser describes itself as having the creativity of an agency and the technical capability of a consultancy under one roof. It was established in Leeds in 2001, works from Marshall Court, and says it builds everything in-house on enterprise-level technology. Its team page lists 19 people, from designers and front-end developers to a technical lead and a performance marketing analyst.
Services are in five groups. Digital strategy covers discovery, user research, digital audits and planning. Design covers UX, web design and design systems. Development covers websites, software engineering and two content management systems, Drupal and Strapi. Digital marketing covers SEO, paid search, paid social, app store optimisation, conversion rate optimisation and analytics. Artificial intelligence work covers marketing, customer support, personalisation and image recognition.
Named clients on its site include Microsoft, EE, Budweiser, the RAF Museum, the National Theatre, the Football Foundation and the Premier League Stadium Fund.
For Microsoft it says it designed and built a product demo platform for retail websites and stores, which it says now runs in more than 30 countries with 175 retail partners. For EE it reports a redesigned app moving from 3 to 4.5 review stars and reaching more than 15 million monthly opens. For the Football Foundation it built an image analysis tool for grass pitch inspections, which it reports at 85% accuracy where half of manual reports had been inaccurate.
The pages read give no prices, minimum budget or contract terms. The agency says it integrates into client teams and keeps relationships for many years. Ask what a first project costs. Ask too whether the app and AI teams in its case studies also run the marketing work.
Online Agency Network compiled this profile from the agency’s own website in October 2026. The agency has not claimed the listing, and it does not carry the Verified badge. An agency that claims its listing can correct it and add budgets, case studies and team details.
