About I-COM
I-COM has been employee-owned since 2019, and its site says its employees hold the majority stake. The Manchester agency says it has traded for 20 years. It describes itself as a full-service agency and as one of the largest independent employee-owned digital marketing agencies in the city.
Search engine optimisation and digital PR lead its service list. Pay-per-click advertising, social media, content marketing, conversion rate and user experience work, email, branding, web design and web development follow. Its SEO page includes answer engine and generative engine optimisation, and its PPC page lists search, display and shopping campaigns on Google. It says it is a Google Premier Partner, and a Meta and Bing partner.
The sectors it names are legal, recruitment, education, utilities, the built environment and B2B and B2C ecommerce. Its case studies include the law firms Clough & Willis and Switalskis, and TOFFS, a clothing retailer that its study says has worked with I-COM since 2010.
The case studies give figures in their own terms. The Clough & Willis study reports a 217% increase in organic sessions after a redesign and SEO work. The Switalskis study, for a website rebuilt on a headless platform, reports an 87% increase in organic traffic year on year.
No price list or minimum budget is published, and contract length and notice are not stated on the pages read. Ask for both in writing, and for which members of its team will run the account.
Online Agency Network compiled this profile from the agency’s own website in October 2026. The agency has not claimed the listing, and it does not carry the Verified badge. An agency that claims its listing can correct it and add budgets, case studies and team details.
