About OOm
OOm, short for Optimal Online Marketing, describes itself as a Singapore search and performance marketing agency that has worked in the market since 2006. Its office is in the Orchard Building on Grange Road. The home page says it has served more than 8,000 clients across over 100 industries, holds more than 30 industry awards, and does its delivery in-house. The site also shows 280 or more Google reviews averaging 4.9 stars, which are its own figures.
The work starts with search. Google Ads covers search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube, with LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic advertising alongside it. SEO is now sold together with generative engine optimisation (GEO) as one package, and there are separate pages for international SEO, social media management, social content, WeChat marketing and websites. A technology page lists the tools it uses for reporting: heatmaps, call tracking, dedicated landing pages, live Google and Facebook dashboards, an SEO ranking dashboard and a competitor analysis platform.
Two tools are its own. SEOCloud is an SEO and AI-search visibility platform that the site says is available only inside its SEO and GEO packages. Aurix is a lead-handling product that the home page says responds to enquiries and sorts them automatically. Neither was tested for this profile.
The site says it is a Premier Google Partner, which it describes as the top 3% of Google Partners in Singapore, and a Meta Business Partner. Its awards page lists entries from 2011 to 2026 across Agency of the Year, Marketing Excellence, MARKies and Asia eCommerce programmes, with medals and finalist places marked. Several pages cover Singapore grants: it says it offers pre-approved solutions under the EDGE grant and that eligible SMEs may receive up to 50% of qualifying costs.
Case studies list percentage gains. Million Parcel, an ecommerce packaging supplier, is reported with a 231% rise in revenue from Google Ads and paid social. Carpetworkz is reported with 740% more leads and Fresh Laundry with 1,050% more enquiries. For MDIS, an education provider, SEOCloud work is reported with 33.4% more organic traffic.
No agency fee is published. A blog article on SEO pricing gives market ranges for Singapore and no OOm rates, and the site offers a free SEO audit it values at S$1,888. Ask what a first quarter of SEO and GEO would cost, whether the tools are included, and how the grant paperwork is handled.
Online Agency Network compiled this profile from the agency’s own website in October 2026. The agency has not claimed the listing, and it does not carry the Verified badge. An agency that claims its listing can correct it and add budgets, case studies and team details.
