Before you write
If you are looking for an agency, post your project brief instead of writing to us. It is free, we take no commission, and the page says which agencies can reply to a brief today.
If your agency is not listed yet, start at list your agency. If it is listed and you have not claimed it, open its profile and choose “Claim this listing”. Once a claim is approved, you edit the listing yourself from your member dashboard.
What to include
A message with these gets a complete answer the first time:
- For a correction: the profile’s address, the detail that is wrong, and the page on your own website that shows it correctly.
- For membership: your agency’s name and the plan you are asking about.
- For advertising: the placement from the rate card and the month you want.
- For press: your publication and your deadline.
Corrections
If something on this site about your business is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it. Each listing is compiled from the agency’s own website, so a correction is checked against that site, and the page you send is the fastest proof. That includes a verification status you disagree with: we re-check it against the four checks on the quality assurance page.
