Teamwork.com is project management software aimed at firms that do work for clients. The vendor now calls itself an agentic professional services automation platform: projects and tasks sit beside billable time, resource planning, quotes, budgets and profitability. Its TeamworkAI features include named AI teammates and a server that connects Claude or ChatGPT to project data.
What agencies use Teamwork.com for
The vendor has a page for agencies and describes the work as delivering client projects, then running the agency’s operations. It names three jobs. Fully using the team means seeing where billable hours go and who is under-used. Automating tedious tasks covers routine steps in a project. The third is cutting the switching between tools through integrations.
On the plans, Basics tracks and reports billable time, and Accelerate adds smart request forms, workload planning, time budgets and retainers, and invoices built from logged time. Optimize adds quotes, a CRM pipeline that becomes projects, scheduling by role or skill, and revenue and profitability reports.
